I ordered online and they had called me to tell me that what I ordered was out of stock and gave me the option of cancelling or substituting. I told them to cancel my order and to send me an email confirmation that my card was credited. She said they hadn't even rung the order up so my card was not charged. The next day I checked my account online, they DID charge my card! I called and got the same girl. I told her what happened. She kept me on the line while she called their service center and he told her to refund the order back to me. He said he would call her back when a rep was available to help her do it. She then told me that she would call me back after she spoke to them. An hour later, i had no call. I called them and got a foreign person who could NOT speak english! She told me the girl helping me left and that she would call me when she got back at 12:30. At 12:50 I called THEM because I still had no call. I struggled to understand the same woman telling me she was not back yet. MY CARD STILL HAS THE CHARGE ON IT! Apparently there was no manager on duty and the woman who could not speak properly couldn't do anything for me! I will NEVER recommend this place! I have to keep calling THEM to get my money back!
